By enrolling in and participating in this Rebate Programs ("Program"), the Participant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
Participation in the Program is limited to approved contractors/ dealers or other entities authorized by the Program Administrator (EGIA). Participants must maintain an active account in good standing and comply with all Program requirements.
2. Accurate Information
Participants agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during enrollment, rebate application submission and throughout Program participation. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of rebate claims, suspension from the Program, forfeiture of incentives, or termination of participation.
3. Rebate Submission Requirements
All rebate applications must be submitted in accordance with Program guidelines and within the specified submission deadlines. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, invoices, proof of purchase, proof of installation, model and serial numbers, customer information, photographs, permits, and any additional documentation requested by the Program Administrator (EGIA).
4. Program Approval
Submission of a rebate application does not guarantee approval or payment. All applications are subject to review and verification by the Program Administrator. Rebates will be approved only after all Program requirements have been satisfied.
5. Audit and Verification
The Program Administrator reserves the right to audit, inspect, verify, or request additional documentation for any submitted application. Participants agree to cooperate fully with all audits, verification, quality assurance, and inspection activities.
6. Payment of Incentives
Approved rebate payments will be issued to the Participant using the payment method designated during enrollment, subject to Program funding availability. Payment timelines may vary based on application review, verification requirements, funding availability, and processing schedules.
7. Funding Availability
All rebates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to available Program funding. The Program Administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
8. Duplicate and Fraudulent Claims
Duplicate submissions, fraudulent claims, altered documentation, or any attempt to obtain incentives improperly may result in claim denial, repayment obligations, removal from the Program, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
9. Tax Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any federal, state, provincial, or local tax obligations resulting from rebate payments received through the Program.
10. Communications
By enrolling in the Program, Participants consent to receive communications related to Program administration, including application status updates, requests for additional information, payment notifications, Program announcements, and other operational communications.
11. Privacy and Data Use
Information collected through the Program may be used for Program administration, application review, quality assurance, reporting, auditing, payment processing, and compliance purposes. Information may be shared with utility companies, manufacturers, program sponsors, funding entities, and service providers as necessary to administer the Program.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Program Administrator, Program Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program or the receipt or use of any rebate payment.
13. Program Modifications
The Program Administrator reserves the right to modify Program rules, eligibility requirements, incentive amounts, submission requirements, payment procedures, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Program and submitting rebate applications, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
